A PROJECT OF OUR OWN:

We laid out this floor plan over and over again to come up with what we wanted. I drew it up, submitted it to the building department and off we went. The overall footprint of the barn is 60 feet wide by 80 feet long. We did a full length lean-to on the rear and a covered porch on the front. Rear and front man door entrance and 3 massive 14 foot tall by 16 feet wide garage doors. Featuring a complete radiant system with multiple zones for each room, shop area, the concrete under the front porch, and apron leading up to the garage doors. All the rooms have a HVAC system including the loft storage room. Starting at the front of the barn we did an entertainment room with custom cabinets, bar area, and wrap around couch. The window you see in the picture looks into our livestock room. The livestock room may look small but it is a 400 Square foot area that will provide shelter for our mini highland cows coming this spring, of course we had to spoil them with heated floors as well! It is 100% sealed inside and out so no smell makes its way into the shop or any rooms. Working our way back we have the restroom with custom travertine tile and I had to add a urinal for us guys. In the back of the barn down the hallway we have our full gym with everything you need to work out with while watching your favorite tv show. The Upstairs is our loft area where we keep some of our extra supplies and tools out of the way. Also upstairs is our household item storage room. In the shop area we added a lot of things for work and play including floor drains for our complete wash bay system we built on a thick piece of steel. 6”-8” of heated concrete floor, basketball hoop for everyone to play all year around. Hanging on the walls and ceiling is a 128” 4K short throw projector with a complete surround sound system. The rectangles you see on the ceiling are custom built acoustic panels for when everyone is playing pickleball or basketball, it keeps the echo down by around 75 percent. To finish it off I added 13 led lights (9 in the open, 4 in the loft ) and 3 massive 12 foot wide ceiling fans.

Check out all the pictures!

If a custom barn is something your looking for, we can do it!
